pope benedict marched the feast of st. patrick by addressing a growing concern. it addresses a government report about widespread child abuse by priests in the dublin archdiocese. pope benedict explained why he decided to write the letter. >> i ask all of you to read it for yourselves with an open heart and in the spirit of faith. my hope is for the purpose of repentance, healing and renewal. >> reporter: the pope's letter is expected to be made public friday or saturday. it is also expected to address the similar scandals in other communities. a bus crashes into a rail train. check out this surveillance video, taken monday, as the bus slams into a light rail train. metro officials say the bus driver ran a red light. 19 people were injured in the crash.
